Importing and exporting fees

You can use the Import and Export Fees tool to associate fees with your products.

How to export product data for associating fees

The following task describes how to export existing products using the Import and Export Fees tool.

  1. Select Catalog, select Products, and then click Import and Export Fees. The Fees Import and Export page appears.
  2. Under Export Fees, select the catalog with the products you want to download from the Catalog list.
  3. Select the status of the products you want to download for the Export Option. If you select Specify Products IDs, enter the IDs of the products you want to associate with fees in the Product ID field. You can click the magnifying glass icon to open the Search widget and locate the products.
  4. Enter the name of the export job in the Job Name field.
  5. Click Export. The Job Queue page appears.
  6. When the export completes, click the name of the job under the Name column to see the job details and download the spreadsheet to your computer.
  7. Open the spreadsheet, enter the fees associated with the products, and save the spreadsheet.

How to import product data with associated fees

  1. Select Catalog, select Products, and then click Import and Export Fees. The Fees Import and Export page appears.
  2. Under Import Fees, enter the name of the import job in the Job Name field.
  3. Click Browse next to the File Name field and select the spreadsheet that contains the products with associated fees.
  4. Click Import. The Job Queue page appears. When the job completes, the system updates the updates with the fee information contained in the spreadsheet. You must deploy any fees that you did not assign the Deploy state in the spreadsheet if you want the system to charge fees for those products.
