Importing and exporting email addresses
Use the Import and Export Email Addresses tool to manage email addresses in bulk. Use the tool to export a blank template to create new email addresses or export a spreadsheet of existing email addresses and edit them, and then import the email addresses to the system.
Requirement: To enable the Import and Export for email addresses, you must create a Private Store with the Email Address activation type.
How to export email addresses
- Select Catalog and click Job Queue. The Job Queue page appears.
- Under Export Email Addresses, select a Private Store from the Private Store list.
- Select a microstore from the Microstore list.

Choose one of the following options from Export Options:
- Select Blank Template to export a blank template spreadsheet. You can enter the email addresses in the spreadsheet and import the spreadsheet later.
- Select All Email Address to export a spreadsheet of all email addresses. You can edit the email address and import the spreadsheet later.
- Click Export. The system prompts you to open or save the text (TXT) file.
How to import email addresses
- Select Catalog and click Job Queue. The Job Queue page appears.
- Under Import Email Address, select a Private Store from the Private Store list.
- Select a microstore from the Microstore list.
- Click Choose File next to the File field and select the text (TXT) file with the email addresses you want to import. Each email address must be on a separate line of text. Unsupported Characters: Spaces and/or / ? < > : * | " ^
- Type a name for the import job in the Job Name field. You use this name to track the import in the Job Queue.

Choose one of the following Action options to define how you want to import email addresses:
- Add to Current List—Append email addresses in the file to the existing list.
- Delete from Current List—Remove the email addresses in the file from the current list.
- Reset the PIN—Reset the PIN in the current list.
- Click Import.
