Managing Client Credit Plus
The Manage Lines of Credit page shows your Client Credit Plus accounts for shoppers of your store.
You can view the credit lines you created for your shoppers, edit the details for the credit, and choose the type of lines of credit you want to view. When you view pending lines of credit, you will see information on accounts with lines of credit pending. For each account, the account number, email address, balance, and last modified date appears with pending lines of credit.
How to view lines of credit
Required Role: Client Credit Plus Manager This Global Commerce user role allows users to manage Client Credit Plus accounts (create accounts, edit payment settings, set limits, and so on) and edit the Payment Method settings. Digital River internally refers to this role as lineOfCreditManager. or Client Credit Plus Payments This Global Commerce user role allows users to enter payments and adjustments for funds received and increment the available credit amount. Digital River internally refers to this role as lineOfCreditPayments.
- Select Administration, select Site, and then click Manage Client Credit Plus. The Manage Client Credit Plus page appears.
- Complete the fields under Search and Filters and click Search to find the types of Client Credit Plus accounts you want to view.
- Click the Account Number for the credit line you want to view. The Client Credit Plus Detail page appears.
- To resend the email notification the shopper got when you first created their Client Credit Plus account, click Resend Notification.
- To view the account history, click View Client Credit Plus History.
- To add a note to the account, click Notes and then click Add Note. Enter your note in the window and click Save.

To change the status of the account, edit the amount of credit available, indicate whether the credit is revolving or for a one time purchase, or view the balance and other account details, and then click Edit under Account Information.
- To change the status for the account, choose a status for the account from the Status option.
- To change the type of account from revolving to single purchase or vice versa, choose a credit type for the account from the Type option.
- To change the credit limit, enter the new limit in the Total Revolving Credit Line field.

If you have the correct role to post credits or debits, you can click Post Payment/Adjustment to access the Post Payment or Adjustment page. On that page, you can enter the amount of the credit or debit you want to add in the Amount field under Post Debits/Credits area. Then enter a note about this change in the Memo field. Finally, click Post Debit or Post Credit to apply the credit or debit to the account. The system applies the credit or debit to the account and returns you to the line of credit you just edited on the Client Credit Plus Details page.
