Managing custom integrations

You can view the change history custom integration. The history shows when a user created the custom integration and any changes or updates made to the integration since the user created it. You can also enable or disable a custom integration.

Type

The type of custom integration.

Status

The status of the custom integration. The possible statuses are as follows:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
Integration Name

The name of the custom integration.

Type

The type of custom integration.

Status The current status of the custom integration.

How to view the custom integration history

  1. Select Administration, select Company and then click Manage Custom Integrations. The Manage Custom Integrations page appears.
  2. Select the checkbox next to the integration you want to view and click View History. The Custom Integration History page appears.
  3. To search for changes within a specific date range, enter the start date in the From Date field and the end date in the To Date field, and then click Search Search. The results appear in the Search Results list.
  4. Select the types of changes you want to view from the Change Type list. You can choose to view history for when the custom integrations were created or updated, enabled, and disabled. Or you can choose to view all changes.
  5. Select the Deep Search checkbox if you want to view the change history for the custom integration outside of Global Commerce.
  6. Click Search Search. The results appear in the Search Results list.

How to enable or disable a custom integration

  1. Select Administration, select Company and then click Manage Custom Integrations. The Manage Custom Integrations page appears.
  2. Select the checkbox next to each custom integration you want to enable or disable.
  3. Click Enable or Disable. If either of the buttons is disabled or unavailable that means that one or more of the integrations you selected cannot be enabled or disabled. You cannot disable an integration associated with a product. If the button remains disabled, try selecting a single integration.
